A: Crystals take a long time to form. They do not look clear and perfect like glass. Having minor inclusions and imperfections are normal during the formation. Crystals with special inclusion or minerals are even more expensive than AAA Grade crystals.

A: All of our bracelets are crafted by natural crystal beads which have their own distinctive qualities. They are minimally treated and not dyed. Unlike synthetic crystals, most natural crystals have color variance, contact marks and inclusions.

A: Water: Hold your crystals under running water or in a stream of spring water
Moonlight & Sunlight: Place your crystals outside or on the windowsill from dusk till dawn to get the double benefits of moonlight and sunlight. Please do not leave your crystals under the sun for a long time as it may fade the color of them.

A: Full moon: Place your crystals under the full moon when the moon is the brightest and biggest. Your crystals will be charged with the powerful energy of the moon. 

Q: What is the difference between inclusions and cracks?
A: Inclusions are normal as crystals take a long time to form. They are natural particles or materials trapped during the formation of crystals, which can be minerals, liquid, gas bubbles, crystal fragments or even fractures. They form the uniqueness of crystals. 

Cracks on the other hand, are not natural. They go from inside to outside of the crystals. You can feel the crack when rubbing on the crystal.
